摘要 目的:建立薄膜電導(dǎo)率法總有機(jī)碳分析儀測(cè)量結(jié)果不確定度的評(píng)定方法方法:分析了測(cè)量過程中不確定度的主要來源,即工作曲線的不確定度測(cè)量儀器讀數(shù)分辨率導(dǎo)致的不確定度測(cè)量不重復(fù)性引起的不確定度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液引起的不確定度等,分別量化后合成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不確定度,得到總有機(jī)碳測(cè)量的擴(kuò)展不確定度結(jié)果:通過對(duì)HTY-2500總有機(jī)碳分析儀在2000g•L-1測(cè)量點(diǎn)測(cè)量結(jié)果不確定度的評(píng)定,其擴(kuò)展不確定度為U95 = 49(g•L-1)(k=2)結(jié)論:本方法所建立的測(cè)量結(jié)果不確定度評(píng)定方法準(zhǔn)確可靠,可為薄膜-電導(dǎo)率法總有機(jī)碳分析儀的測(cè)量結(jié)果不確定度評(píng)定提供較為準(zhǔn)確簡便的方法

Evaluation of Measurement Uncertainty for the Total Organic Carbon Analyzer with Membrane Conductmetric Detection Technology

Abstract: Purpose: The article set up an evaluation method of measurement uncertainty for the total organic carbon analyzer with membrane conductmetric detection technology. Method: The article analyzed the main resources of the uncertainty of the measurement, which include uncertainty of the working curve, uncertainty of the resolution ratio of the instrument, uncertainty of measure unrepeatability, uncertainty of standard solution, etc. It quantified these uncertainties respectively and composed them to a standard uncertainty. Finally it got the expanded uncertainty of the total organic carbon measurement. Result: It evaluated the measurement uncertainty of the total organic carbon analyzer at 2000g•L-1 and got the expanded uncertainty which is U95 = 49(g•L-1)(k=2). Conclusion: The evaluation method of measurement uncertainty set up by the article is accurate, reliable, and it can offer comparatively exact and convenient method for measurement uncertainty evaluation of the total organic carbon analyzer with membrane conductmetric detection technology.
